BRISBANE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY                                           23.11.13

Paul and Melanie were married in a beautiful private ceremony with a cocktail reception at one of Brisbane’s trendiest new wedding venues, The Northshore Riverside Cafe in Hamilton.

Our day started with a forecast for a typical Queensland afternoon thunderstorm, which had everybody nervous for a 4pm outdoor wedding in Queensland, but in true loves style, the rain and the storms stayed away until later in the nights celebrations. The impending storms left a dramatic, but windy backdrop for our afternoon photo shoot…I love a good dramatic sky!

As Melanie and Paul opted to have their location photo’s before the ceremony took place, we found a private space to capture their first meeting on the day of their wedding. Needless to say it was an intimate but fun way to share this moment.

Melanie and Paul’s celebrant was one of the most fun Celebrants I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! I apologise that I didn’t get to say goodbye on the night.
