What a love story! Hannah and Jake met when they were both 5 years old, when their mums were besties and hanging out everyday. Hannah and Jake would continue to play and hangout as well until they were separated by “everyday life” in their mid teen years. Fast forward a few more years and they met up again as two young adults with some life experience … needless to say sparks flew and now they’re happily married. Just like in the movies!
