Another beautiful  Maleny Retreat wedding for the Blog! Welcome to one of the Sunshine Coasts most popular wedding venues, and for a great reason!  This was my second time at this property, the first being back in December. The great thing about this place is that it lets you customise everything to allow you to have the wedding that you wanted and going back there this time definitely showed me how different two weddings can be at the same venue. Tatjana and Scott’s wedding was uniquely theirs and it was unforgettable, partly due to the fact that we were surrounded by thick fog. They are the only couple that I have heard of to get married inside of a cloud and the photos will serve as a great reminder. The timing of the storm that hit us was impeccable, it was essentially right on 6pm that it started to pour and we raced back from the road on the buggy to the safety of the property and the farmhouse before the rain had really set in. On the last “location photo” you wont be able to see it due to the resolution, but the high res print version clearing shows sideways rain and what I love most about this image is the smile and the moment that these two are completely lost in! That’s what photography is about, these shots, ignoring the elements and the world around you and being lost in one moment with the one you love! Priceless.
